1. Agreement
By accessing or using Restaurant Menu (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Platform on behalf of a restaurant or business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
Restaurant Menu provides digital menu storefronts, QR-aware dining flows, WhatsApp order messaging, and restaurant admin tools. Features may change as we improve the product. WhatsApp is a third-party service; message delivery depends on WhatsApp’s availability and your guests’ devices.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping admin credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Platform or harm other customers.
4. Your content & menus
You retain ownership of your restaurant branding, menu content, and customer data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content to operate the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen disclosures, and legal compliance for your offerings.
5. Orders & payments
Unless otherwise agreed, guest checkout is WhatsApp-first and does not process card payments inside the Platform. Order fulfilment, refunds, and food-safety obligations remain between you and your customers.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Platform for unlawful content, spam, abuse of WhatsApp messaging, attempts to disrupt systems, or infringement of others’ rights.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect access.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost sales during downtime.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
